Changed digital camera as the other one was just eating up batteries,
and I guess I'm an idiot as I only got one picture today. As is
visible, the water level is still high and the radio is talking
about another 'rise'.

to the car and the motor compartment : the battery is charging and I removed
the spark-plug extension tubes (see image on right) and spark-plugs ;
there was no water in the columns nor in the air filter so the motor should
be ok. My spark-plug wrench is too short so I'll have to get a longer
one.
 As
the top of the motor compartment seems ok, I'm going to focus on the 'under
the water line' area first. lubricated the front left side except for
the left hand ball joint which has a missing fitting (shown with a red
star).
 As
I raised the car more water came out of the clutch cover and I noticed
that a plate was missing (part number 2107.16).
Well, I'm beginning to think that I'll have to replace the
starter as its probably soup, more tomorrow...
